Woolwich Arsenal Home Programme 1907/8

1907/8      FULHAM RESERVES (17/4/08) full Woolwich Arsenal programme for the reserve team home game, in very good condition having been sympathetically restored (images available on request) £1875

1920/1      HUDDERSFIELD (27/11/20) 4 page large format programme in decent overall condition which has had some professional restoration to the folds and has had the paper deacidified, meaning the paper is safe to handle without the danger of it crumbling (old paper can get brittle with age) - see image below £235

1921/2      LEICESTER CITY (18/2/22) FA Cup 3rd Rnd small piece missing from rear page, no text affected £220

1922/3      BLACKBURN (2/4/23) 4 page large format programme from this era in decent condition with some professional restoration to the folds and edges. The paper has also been deacidified meaning the paper is safe to handle without the danger of it crumbling (old paper can get brittle with age) - see image below £250

1924/5      REDS v BLUES PRE-SEASON PRACTICE MATCH (23/8/24) incredibly scarce 4 page programme in very good condition, with minor professional restoration on a horizontal fold (see image) £725

1925/6      BIRMINGHAM (1/5/26) folded and pages show signs of wear £120, AT ARSENAL AMATEUR CUP SEMI-FINAL (13/3/26) NORTHERN NOMADS V REDHILL includes press cutting of report on the match, this rare programme has fold marks and is in reasonable condition £475 - see images below

1924 New Zealand v Chinese Universities 24 page programme covering the Chinese tour of New Zealand in good condition. This was the year that the Chinese Football Association was formed. £150

South African Programmes

SOUTH AFRICA WESTERN PROVINCE LEAGUE 1936      April 13th 1936 4 page programme featuring two matches, Tramway v Hibs and Caledonian v Clyde. PLEASE NOTE these games do not feature Scottish teams, these are South African league teams using the same names as their Scottish counterparts. Programme in good condition with small rust hole to spine £75

Sheffield United Programmes

1915/16 Huddersfield (18/12/15) extremely rare first world war programme. The programme has a small section missing from the top right (see photo) affecting all pages although no text is missing. It is also splitting along the spine. Both faults could be easily repaired by a professional restorer. £300

1940/1 Arsenal v Leicester War Cup Semi-Final first leg (19/4/41) at Tottenham, good condition with some creasing where the programme was presumably originally folded, rare programme £175

1941/2 Arsenal v Brentford War Cup Semi Final (at Chelsea) scarce single sheet programme with a couple of folds and a slight tear on one of the folds - pretty good condition £175
